Dutchies and Internationals Welcome! Are you looking for a nice room in Rotterdam with lovely roommates? Look no further. Roommates:You can live here together with 2 girls and 1 guy in their early twenties who regularly eat together, enjoy movies and an occasional night out together. One of the girls is also a subletting so you won't be the only one new to the household. House:The house is located in the Tarwewijk in the Rotterdam South. A pretty quiet neighbourhood a bit outside the city centre but closely located to the metro station Maashaven which takes you directly into the centre of Rotterdam and the line even connects all the way to The Hague. The house has an extremely big living room, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a well-equipped kitchen and a small garden. The garden faces the South which means a lot of sunshine during the day and there is hardly any wind. Which means you can already sit outside as early as March on a sunny day. Room:The room is not that big but has an enormous 180x200 bed and a lot of closet space. There is no desk in the room unfortunately but lots of space in the living room to work. What we are looking for?We are looking for someone that is also in their early twenties ideally and already has some experience living on their own. We are a queer-friendly household and do not have any preferences regarding gender.
