Beautiful brand new apartment in the center of Rotterdam at a walking distance of 5 minutes from central station. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. The apartment has super-fast WiFi, Chromecast, Netflix, and airconditioning. The bathroom is luxurious and equipped with a wash/dryer combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities needed. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the living has a comfortable sleeping couch.

Space
The apartment has just been completely renovated and refurnished. The living room has a modern and stylish vibe. There is a full-HD television with a Chromecast. The baby blue couch is super comfortable to relax on and can easily be turned into a comfortable two-person bed. The Kitchen has all necessities and amenities, to cook a delicious meal. There is a combination oven, dishwasher, large fridge with a freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine. A special amenity is a large wine cooler next to the kitchen unit. The bedroom has 2 separated box springs of 80 cm with a nightstand in between. The night's stand can be moved away, to turn the bed into a kingsize bed. The bedroom has a clothing rack with plenty of space to hang all your clothes. There is a large window, which looks out to the beautiful courtyard. The bathroom is very spacious. Here you find the toilet and the very spacious shower room and washing/dryer combination. Here you also find an extra closet containing the extra bedlinen for the sleeping couch in the living room.

When you rent any of our apartments you will get a fully furnished and equipped place ready to move in. We make sure that all you need to settle in is your suitcase full of clothes. Our hotel-style apartments come with clean bedsheets and towels as well as utensils and cleaning equipment. No need to set up any contracts for internet, gas, water, or electricity. Everything will be working and free of extra charge the day you move in.

Guest access
Our guests have access to the entire apartment and staircase towards the apartment. Other areas in the apartment are off-limits.

The neighborhood
The apartment is located in the posh residential area called "Provenierswijk". It is one of the most expensive areas to live in due to a combination of reasons. First of all, the area is super close to the central station and the center but is very residential and quiet. Also, it still has historic 19th-century characteristics, which is quite unique in Rotterdam. Finally, the neighborhood is very green.

Public Transport
For public transport, we advise you to walk to the central station. Central station is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. From here you can take the train, metro, tram, and bus. See the itinerary below on how to get to the central station.

- Please don't make any noise on the staircase to the apartment. Respect the other tenants living in the building
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or on the staircase. Please go outside for this.
- You can dispose of your trash across the street in the garbage container.
- No more than four people can sleep in the apartment, due to safety regulations.
- Before checking out, make sure you take out the trash and leave the apartment as clean as possible.

RENTAL TERMS:

Yes, you can rent the Walenburgerweg 54E apartment, these are the terms:
-don’t do viewings sorry!
-max 2 people
-it's only possible to rent for the whole months.
-1-month deposit is required, refundable if the apartment is delivered in the exact same state.
-There is a onetime cleaning fee of €150
-The rent is all-inclusive g/w/e + internet.
-If the tenant wants to register at city hall, keep in mind that the local municipality will charge local taxes. All residents of the city need to pay for this. This means that not me, but the city hall will charge you for garbage disposal taxes and water supply. This is usually around €500 per household per year. Everybody needs to pay this, so it’s not one of my terms, I just want you to be aware of it. You only pay for the months you are actually living in the Netherlands, you can ask for a refund for the months you are not here anymore.
-Registration is possible, should the tenant forget to deregister at the end of the stay, we will keep the full deposit!
