Per 1th of August a room willl be available in Daniel’s apartment in Capelle aan den IJssel (‘s Gravenland).This place is perfect for Erasmus students. Duration of lease period can be discussed.You’ll be sharing the apartment with Daniel who is working full-time. Daniel is a great roommate, very friendly and smart.The apartment is fully furnished in a modern style. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven/microwave, dishwasher, fridge, pots, pans, plates and cutlery) and the bathroom is modern with a rain shower and a bathtub. The internet connexion is fast and stable.Your room is 9m2, has a single bed, 2 chests of drawers and a desk with an office chair. You can also use the big living room for working, studying and relaxing.The neighbourhood is safe and quiet, within biking distance of Erasmus university. Metrostation capelsebrug is a 10 minute walk. There is a Plus supermarket within walking distance and a Lidl within biking distance.We’re looking for someone who’s clean and mature, preferably not a party animal since the neighbours are mostly older people (but super friendly!)- Rent is €600 excluding electricity, gas, water and internet (which at the moment is about €125)- Registration is possible- The apartment is <70m2
