Space to work, relax and enjoy a gezellig dinner- Kitchen: Separate kitchen with large refrigerator and plenty of shelf space and cooking accessories including a quooker tap – immediate hot water, nice! :- Please note I have 2 dogs (not included ), so if you're allergic to dog hair, this isn't the place for you- Party peeps I love you but please walk on by. This is a quiet building with nice families living on either side – noise levels should be minimal. :- Bos en Lommer- Albert Heijn is right across the road (never worry about running out of milk again!)- Hema, Kruidvaat and other local shops also just a few minutes away- Very close to multiple tram and bus routes - easy to run to if you're always running late like me – Train more and Basic Fit literally across the road. No more excuses – Less than a 10 minute cycle to center of Westerpark. Monthly neighbourhood market - lovely!- Less than a 10 minute cycle to Sloterdijk station. Sunday walks on the beach - perfect! :- €1,500 per month- Includes up to €150 electricity and gas bills (as a single person I use around €120 per month - happy to show you my last few months usage). I'll check the bills each month and advise you of the usage. No refunds for under use.- €1,000 deposit- Contract provided :- Can accept 4 – 8 week sublet- Preference given to the longest duration :- Responsible and respectful peeps- Single or couples only – no friends, sorry
