You also get access to an enormous roof garden/greenhouse/common area where you can chill and have your dinner with superb views over the Ij (and during cold days, perfect to work in the warm greenhouse with 360° sunlight! ☀️
This house is 1.5 years old, newly built in the centre of Amsterdam (Oostenburg), next to Czaarpeterbuurt with hip shops and Artis. Centraal station and Weesperplein are 7mins cycling rides from here and as well as Rokin/Muntplein and de Pijp, about 10mins. All the while, no tourists venture into this neighbourhood.A ton of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and shops around. Plus #7 and #26 trams + Bus #22 are accessible. 
Looking for: - Someone responsible and easygoing- Ideally for one person only- €4100 for the entire period, all-inclusive (+ a deposit) (that’s electricity, floor heating/cooling, fibre optic internet, taxes, services costs, insurance etc.)- I want to hear your dates and a small profile/description; otherwise, I won’t entertain replying
