Hello, My partner and I are expats living in Amsterdam for 4 years now and we will travel for four months from October 14 to end of February. We are renting our apartment only during this period of time. Our apartment (around 70 square meter) is situated on the first floor of a quiet and familial residence, dating back to early xx century. The entire building was thoughtfully renovated in 2018. You will also have access to our furnished terrace (12 square meter) and a common garden. The apartment is ideal for a couple moving to Amsterdam for work. Having recently acquired it as our main residence, we've meticulously furnished it to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. It is completely furnished and have all the amenities necessary for a 4 months stays. We ask you to be mindful of the neighbors and of the quiet and familial atmosphere of the building. Location : The apartment is located in Amsterdam Oost close to Oosterpark and the RingDijk. It is next to many local shops and restaurant, (including the Baking Lab , Rum Baba, The Cottage)... and close to Oostport and its supermarkets (Jumbo, AH etc.). Swimming pool and many fitness/yoga clubs are also located in the area. The tram station is also next to the apartment. Rent : - Eur2600 including Internet, water and electricity/gaz (readjusted with tenants depending on consumptions). - Deposit : Eur2500
