Hi there,My name is Jo and I'm looking for a tidy, responsible and down-to-earth tenant who wants to rent my studio apartment for at least 6 months.A brief description about the apartment. It's located in the campus of Uilenstede with many facilities close by. The subway/tram is 5-10 minutes away from the apartment. This will take you to Zuid WTC. Which is at the World Trade Center of Amsterdam. From there you can take the subway, train or bus.Also the neighbourhood is peaceful with the Amsterdamse Bos being approx. 10-15 minutes away from walking distance. This is great, if you're the outdoor type, loves nature or exercising outside.Parking is incredibly cheap. The supermarket is 750 meters away from the apartment. This too is at walking distance.The apartment has Wifi. You can wash your clothes for a cheap price as well. The washing machines and dryer are shared amongst the other tenants in the building.The building has an elevator, which will save you energy climbing the stairs to the top floor, trust me!If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message.
