DUTCH Girls !!!Hiyaa!As of the 3rd of march a room will be available in our house at Bankastraat so we are looking for a new roommate!The contract is a one year minimum and can be extended after. We are 4 girls in an all girl house with two being Dutch and two being internationals. So be aware of the fact that English is the main spoken language. We like having this mix so to keep it up, we are looking for one dutch girl between the ages of 20-24, preferably not about to finish their studies.The house is in a perfect location: Noorderplantsoen is a walking distance away, 5 mins by bike to the centre and 10-15 mins to Zernike campus. Jumbo is a 5 min walk by foot too. We share a kitchen, two toilets, a bathroom and a beautiful spacious garden. We are a cozy and clean house with no obligations but do enjoy a meal and drinks every now and then. This room is around 16m2 and the rent is approximately 445 euros. There will be additional costs for the wifi and washing machine, which will be around 21 euros. The room is spacious and allows for a lot of light as it is situated where the door opens to the garden.There is a possibility to take over some of the furniture (bedframe & closet)Are you interested?
