There is a short stay sublet room available for 6 months. The room is available immediately next week.We are searching for a clean, respectful and tidy person.It is a lovely spacious room in Paddepoel and will be available for sub-rent from next week to the beginning of March. The room will be furnished with everything you need (excl. the bedding), just like below.The location is amazing, close to all the supermarkets (AH, Jumbo, Action, Lidl) and in perfect proximity to the city centre (10 min bike ride) and Zernike campus (5 min bike ride).The house is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood and it consists of a bathroom, toilet, separate shower, and a lovely kitchen which comes equipped with various appliances, cozy living/dining room and we also have a nice backyard perfect for BBQ’s and relaxation when the sun is shining. You won’t be alone in the house, we have five more roommates keeping you company.The price would be 485 excl. and 200 EUR security deposit.I am looking for someone I could do I viewing with to show you around the house a bit and for you to meet the people that will be staying with you during your stay!
