Brand new and furnished studio's available!!

New renovated building in city center, 5 min by foot from Erasmus Medical Centre, Hogeschool Museumpark and the Nieuwe Binnenweg with all its shops is just around the corner.
The building is located straight next to the metro stop Dijkzigt which provides easy access directly to Erasmus University. Of course you can also just bike around Rotterdam and the center of the city is within biking distance in between 5-10 min.
There are mostly working professionals living in the building, who work at Blaak or the city center. We also have doctors, engineers and tenants who work in the ict. In other words; you can make some friends if you wish so, or you can keep to yourself, as the studio is completely private.

After lots of work the building now contains 6 brand new studio's and 2 apartments, which operate gas free. The studios only use electricity which mainly will be generated by our own solar panels on the roof.

All units are stylishly furnished by our decorator Sam, who put a lot of afford and love in the styling and decoration.

The studios will contain everything that's needed;
- Furniture
- Beddings + towels
- Tv + internet
- Kitchen equipment
- Washing machine
- etc.

Furthermore, all studios will have access to the garden (150m2) and a storage place for bicycles.
Registration is possible (and requested), and the general spaces will be cleaned by our cleaning lady Peggy. She can also be put in touch with the tenant to clean the studio.

The price of €1250,- includes everything;
- Brand new, private housing accommodation
- Brand new furniture
- (smart) Tv, washing machine, oven, microwave, iron stuff, vacuum-cleaner
- Tv and internet
- Access to garden and bicycle shed
- Service
- Cleaning of general spaces

The only thing that will not be included is the water and waste tax, because that is addressed to the tenant.
The taxes will be around €250 per year.
Couples are allowed but you'll have to pay an additional €150,-, same for the deposit
